Our Catering Menu

At HW Catering, we have a reputation for consistently delivering high quality and diverse food, in good time. Our Head Chef and our trainees are passionate about cuisine and take pride in the dishes they serve. As your caterer of choice, we will prepare your order to your specifications, satisfying all your special dietary requirements without compromising on flavour.

If you require food service staff, we are at your service. Food service staff may be hired out at a cost of $55.00 per hour per staff member with a minimum one hour hire. Some staff also hold an RSA Licence for serving champagne, wine and beer, we do not hold a liquor licence to purchase alcohol. Beverage/alcohol service staff may be hired out at $60.00 per hour per staff member with a minimum one hour hire. Alternatively, you may wish to simply have us deliver your order.

Whatever option you take, our aim is to maintain the highest levels of service and convenience for you. Your catering will be delivered at or before the time requested and will look as good as it tastes on arrival. We comply with best food practices, to ensure that your order is delivered safely to you anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area. Delivery fees fall into three categories - within 5km of our kitchen $30.00, west & south $50.00, and east (over the harbour & Anzac bridges) $75.00. These fees include tolls but do not include parking station fees if required for delivery.

To offer you the best menu options possible, we have set minimum serves for each category, as well as a minimum total spend of $450 per order placed plus delivery. All prices are inclusive of GST. A 50% surcharge applies on Saturday catering orders. Currently, we do not offer catering on Sundays or Public Holidays.
